| Jackie was hired at Inmos because of her teaching background, Jackie came on board at the Janitell Building in 1979. She was the first etch trainer at the Cheyenne Mountain facility and later became an R & D tech, staying in that position until 1986. Jackie, husband Frank, and their two children reluctantly moved to Indiana for one year and then to Connecticut for 13 years where Jackie returned to public school teaching. She earned her second masters degree in education at Southern Connecticut State. A teaching position with Colorado Springs District 11 brought Jackie and Frank back to Colorado in 1998. Now retired, they are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their second grandbaby. Avid woodcarvers, they participate in shows and competition in the western region. Spring of 2001 will find them building a home and studio in Westcliffe, CO |
