| Ken joined the Inmos DSP group in 1984 and left, what was by then, the ST Image Processing Group at the end of 1992 when the group was supposed to move to Grenoble. He left with 8 others to start up Motion Media Technology where he was Managing Director until 2001 by which time Motion Media PLC was on the LSE main list. Until his retirement, Ken served as the CEO of the Cotswold Canals Trust, the largest canal restoration society in the UK, which seeks to restore the historic Stroudwater Navigation and Thames & Severn Canal (see https://www.cotswoldcanals.com/).
