| After being cut loose from Inmos 1986, I returned to Austin, TX. Went to work, again, for Motorola. I stayed there until 2001. I was requested to leave along with several hundreds other souls. Wound up in Houston in 2005. All the kids are now married and we have 4 grand children. Its so much more fun being a grandparent. My wife is a professor at UT school of nursing at the Texas Medical Center, that what brought us to Houston.
I am working in the engineering group for a small company that develops instruments for the detection of methane. Other than the 4 years with Inmos, This is the best job I have had in my career. No plans on retiring.I'm having to much fun at work.
